1. My EXACT Client Onboarding System

Most nutrition coaches either skip the onboarding process entirely… or they piece something together that’s bland, impersonal, and forgettable.

I want to help you fix that.

Don’t be dry melba toast when you can be the warm, nutty sourdough that disappears first from the charcuterie board.

Today I'm going to share a few of my onboarding secrets, and how they lead to a 95% client retention rate.

1. Personalized video reply to every inquiry.

I start by sending a custom 60-second Loom video to every new person who reaches out. I address them by name, and speak to their exact nutrition goals and struggles. This builds instant connection, and helps to win people over (no sales call required).

2. Short intake form (4 questions).

That’s it. No food logs. No overwhelm. I collect just enough information to get them to move forward, and not one bit more.

3. Physical surprise package sent by mail.

Every new client gets a handwritten note, my healthy habits nutrition book, and a few gamified tools we’ll use together in future sessions. It costs me about $15, but it’s an amazing surprise and delight that gets talked about for months.

4. Dentist playbook for retention.

No one leaves a session without their next one booked. Ever.
