This course is for all skill levels, whether you’re new to the field of nutrition coaching and want to learn more, or a more experienced coach or even licensed healthcare professional who is looking to accelerate their growth and expand their skills.

With the 1:1 mentoring calls included, your mentor will help you take what you’re learning in the video modules and practice your nutrition coaching skills so you can expand your professional toolkit to work with a wide range of nutrition clients.

From total beginners, to passionate health and fitness coaches, to highly experienced Registered Dietitians, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Doctors – if you’re looking to immerse yourself in a hands-on learning experience and level up your nutrition coaching skills, this online course is for you.

The most important criteria is that you have a passion for nutrition coaching and are willing to put in the work to grow your business!

This course is self-paced, and you have access to the material for 1 year from the date of sign-up.

This course includes:

• 20 Nutrition Lessons - roughly 30-60 minutes per lesson
• 3 Mentoring Calls - each 60 minutes in length

Most students graduate and earn their accredited Nutrition Coaching Certification usually within 1-3 months time. You can start, stop, or come back to the material anytime you want within the 1 year period that you have access to the course.

One of the bonuses of this course is that you’ll get the chance to work with your very own nutrition mentor mentor via video coaching!

Nutrition Mentoring: 3 x 60-minutes

All of the mentoring calls are delivered privately via video and are individualized to you (there are no group calls with random strangers).

Each mentor is a trained and highly experienced nutrition coach, who will help personalize the course to your nutrition coaching and business needs.

Mentoring calls are a mix of:

• learning about you, your business, the types of nutrition clients you work with (or want to attract), and your goals
• answering questions about the course material
• going into depth teaching you how to use motivational interviewing and other nutrition counselling techniques correctly with clients
• walking you through how to use the included handouts and resources with clients
• practicing case studies
• providing guidance on what to actually say and do in a nutrition counselling session so you have the confidence to start coaching
• getting you ready to launch (or revitalize) a successful nutrition coaching practice
• and more!

Once you register for the course, you'll have access to a special booking link to schedule your first video mentoring call, adaptable to anywhere in the world and in any time zone.

You will have access to the course videos for 1 year from the date you sign-up.

The downloadable course notes, nutrition handouts, and other included resources are yours to keep for life!
