1. No Talking, At-Home Strength Workout
One of the biggest risks for anyone on GLP-1 medications is losing lean muscle. That’s why I created a 30-min follow-along dumbbell workout for my weight loss clients to do from home — no talking, free on YouTube, and with minimal equipment.
I originally made it for my client Deb, who’s in peri-menopause, neurodivergent, and juggling three kids plus a full-time job. She needed something quiet, simple, and doable from home, and if that’s you too, you’ll love it.
