ChatGPT is now referring clients to me! 😳

Don't set goals, set your sacrifices instead. Every single goal you have has a price that is required to achieve it. Consider it an entry fee at the door of success.

Happy 2-Tips Tuesday!

Here are two ideas to consider this week.

By Jennifer Broxterman, RD

1. ChatGPT is Now Sending Me Business 😳

I got my second new client this week from… ChatGPT??

This one made me do a double take.

A brand-new client booked in and told me,

“Want to know how I found you? I just asked ChatGPT who the best dietitian in Ontario is… and your name came up.”

Curious, I asked ChatGPT what it would say about me. And here’s the blurb it generated (word-for-word, I didn’t write this).

Jennifer Broxterman is a highly respected Registered Dietitian (RD) based in Ontario, Canada, known for her client-centered, habit-based approach to nutrition coaching.

She is the founder of both NutritionRx, a private practice offering personalized nutrition counseling (virtual and formerly in-person), and PRO$PER Nutrition Coaching, a business mentorship certification that teaches other health professionals how to build thriving, values-driven nutrition businesses.

Jennifer has worked with a wide range of clients—from everyday individuals to Olympic and NHL athletes—and is known for her science-based, compassionate coaching style that focuses on long-term behavior change rather than quick fixes.

She holds a master’s degree in Foods & Nutrition, is a former university professor, and is also a Stage 3 ovarian cancer survivor, having healed without chemotherapy or radiation—an experience that deepened her focus on holistic, client-empowering care.

Her programs often emphasize:

  • Behavior change psychology
  • Motivational interviewing
  • Deep health principles
  • Ethical scope of practice in nutrition coaching

She is particularly well-regarded for blending strong clinical expertise with real-world business strategy, helping both clients and aspiring coaches succeed.

❤️🐻🌈

Honestly… I’m still kind of in shock.

All those years of quietly doing good work, and it’s pretty cool to see them ripple out like this.

2. Take My Money

The best coaches aren’t always the loudest.

They’re the ones who make their clients say:

“Take my money… I finally feel seen!”

Inside my PRO$PER Nutrition Certification, we call this the
“Take My Money” moment.

It’s the point when your client realizes,

You get me. You understand my struggles. I trust you to help.

What actually creates that moment?

  • Deep listening that makes people feel seen

  • Translating complex nutrition into something that clicks (it’s why I love metaphors so much!)
  • Quiet confidence with tricky clients
  • Structuring your first few sessions to build momentum

What
doesn’t create that moment?

  • Assigning macros to someone in session one.

I’ll walk you through the exact framework for this in my free live webinar this Thursday:
