SO simple!
What does exceptional nutrition coaching actually look like? One client’s 5-star review reveals why the best coaching can feel surprisingly simple, and what nutrition coaches can learn from it.
2-Tips

Kind Nerd Note: Exceptional nutrition coaching often looks surprisingly simple from the client's side.
Tip #1:
SO simple!
This past weekend, two of my nutrition clients left me 5-star Google reviews. I didn't ask either of them to. They just wanted to share their experience.
And I love that, because you can't manufacture that kind of word-of-mouth with a discount code. You earn it, one client at a time, through the work you do together.
One of those clients is Belinda. She's two months into her six-month Transformation Program with me. Not even halfway. This is what she wrote:
"All I can say is Wow! This program has changed my eating habits and mindset in ways I didn't anticipate. The best part is that it is SO simple! No calorie counting or macros, no unrealistic restricted eating. I've lost 15 pounds in two months and still losing! I'd recommend this program to anyone who wants to change not only their size but health habits for life. Thank you Jen!"

Now, obviously, I'm thrilled that Belinda has lost 15 pounds in two months. But that's not the line in her review that jumped out at me.
It was this: "The best part is that it is SO simple!"
And here's why I think that's worth paying attention to if you're a nutrition coach.
Belinda doesn't experience our work together as complicated. She doesn't see all the nutrition science, behavior change, motivational interviewing, coaching decisions, and 16+ years of experience I'm bringing to our sessions.
She experiences it as simple. And that's exactly what I want.
Exceptional coaching doesn't mean showing your clients how much you know. It means knowing enough to help them focus on what actually matters, without overwhelming them with everything you know.
The best evidence that your coaching works is when clients get impressive results while telling everyone how surprisingly simple the process felt.
Tip #2:
Make It Simple
I want your clients to feel this way, too.
I want them getting great results without feeling like nutrition has become their second job. And I want you to have the coaching skills to make something as complicated as nutrition feel surprisingly simple.
That's a big part of what I teach inside PRO$PER Nutrition Certification, and why I pair the training with 1-on-1 mentoring.
The nutrition science matters. But so does learning how to actually coach a human being: what to focus on, what to leave alone, and how to help someone change without burying them in information.
If you're a coach and you want your own clients leaving unsolicited 5-star reviews like this, that's what we build together inside the certification and mentorship.

Applications close soon. I'm only accepting 15 coaches into the 1-on-1 mentorship spots this round.
If you're the kind of coach who wants to get really, really good at this, I'd love to work with you.
Stay kind + nerdy,
❤️🐻🌈
