2-Tips

Kind Nerd Note: When a client wants to hide, that’s when your coaching matters most.

Tip #1:
Stop Clients from Ghosting You

Ghosting. Same day cancellations. How annoying, but I do have a highly effective solution I can offer if this has happened to you.

When a client cancels or goes quiet, most coaches assume:
“They need space.”

Sometimes that’s true.
But often it really means:
“I’m struggling and I’m embarrassed.”

Last week on the Coach Catalyst podcast, I shared a story about a client who tried to quietly push her session to next month instead of facing a rough patch.

I didn’t let it slide.

I sent an email template I’ve had saved for years — the exact message I use when someone is about to ghost their nutrition program or “start again next month.”

After hitting send, she rebooked within 5 minutes.
(I told you it’s a winning email. Pure psychology gold.)

I read that email word-for-word on the Coach Catalyst podcast, and I linked you to the exact timestamp so you can steal it for your own coaching toolbox.

If you coach humans, you’ll want this one saved.

Tip #2:
Ever Heard of the Nocebo Effect?

You’ve heard of the placebo effect.
The nocebo effect is its evil twin.

I made a super quick video explaining how this shows up with food sensitivities and how to talk about it with your nutrition clients.

It’s only 60 seconds.
Watch here.
