Going Viral Won’t Get You Nutrition Clients

Getting views but no nutrition clients? This guide shows coaches how to stop chasing viral content and start building a real business with clear niches, packages, pricing, and a website that turns visitors into paying clients.

2-Tips

By Jennifer Broxterman, RD

Kind Nerd Note: If I were looking for a nutrition coach like you, how would I find you online?

Tip #1:
Going viral will not build your nutrition business

If you’re an aspiring nutrition or fitness coach, going viral is a terrible business strategy.
Fame on social media doesn’t bring in the big bucks like you think it will.

Tell me if this feels familiar.

You use AI to brainstorm content ideas, film reels, edit videos, write thoughtful captions, post… and hope it brings in clients.

If you’re lucky, you get thousands of views and tons of engagement.
If you’re not, you get 27 views, one comment from your great Aunt Kathy, and three pity likes.

Either way, zero new clients.

I’ve seen this happen over and over to good coaches like you.

You work hard creating content on your own time and on your own dime.
But at the end of the month?

No steady income.
No client pipeline.
Just pressure to post again tomorrow.

That’s not a business. That’s a hobby with anxiety.

I want better for you than that.
More money. More impact. More clients.

So here’s an exercise I use in my 1:1 mentoring calls inside PRO$PER, that I’m going to share with you.

When a coach says they want more clients, I ask:

“If I were looking for a nutrition coach like you, how would I find you online?”

Then I say:
Show me your website.”
“Show me your Google profile.”

That’s when the real issue shows up.

It’s usually not your effort on social media.
It’s not your consistency in posting.
It’s not even your content.

It’s that your business is not clearly built yet.

Who exactly do you help?
What problem do you solve?
What packages do you offer?
What do they cost?
What do your Google reviews say?
How does someone start working with you?

When those pieces are fuzzy, more posting just creates more noise.

Inside PRO$PER, we do more than improve your nutrition coaching skills.
We map out your offers, pricing, positioning, and website messaging so when the right person finds you, they know exactly why to hire you.

That’s how you turn attention into clients.

That’s how you build a nutrition business that’s actually worth something.

Tip #2:
Burnt out on social media but need clients? Read this.

If you have been thinking…

“I don’t even like social media anymore.”
“Posting never turns into clients anyway.”
“I am tired of performing online.”

I hear you.

Feeling like a performing dancing monkey just to get new clients is the absolute WORST.

You need clients. You are just using the wrong strategy.

You don’t need to be famous.
You don’t need to dance and shake your tail feathers.
You don’t need to post every day. (I don’t, and I just signed up 6 new nutrition clients in the past 4 days.)

You do need a simple, repeatable way to attract people who already want help and guide them toward working with you.

That is exactly what I teach in this free training:
